Our clinical pharmacy team is here to support you in medication management. They’ll work closely with you to ensure that medications are optimized for your specific needs, addressing any concerns or side effects and helping you achieve the best possible outcomes.
Your clinical pharmacist will become your go-to provider in many cases! Our clinical pharmacists are also experts in functional and integrative medicine and may serve as your functional medicine support practitioner.

Throughout your journey, benefit from educational workshops, support groups, and regular follow-up appointments to track progress and make necessary adjustments to your plan.
We believe that ongoing support is essential for long-term success.
What’s included: Your visits with our team are included in your monthly fee. You can expect to spend time with one of our providers or health coaches each month. Any classes we offer are also included in your membership. Our providers will also be available to message in your portal throughout the week. We also provide on-call services for our diabetes patients and acute needs.
What’s NOT included:
- Supplements. We take an individualized approach to supplementation. We want to make sure you are taking what YOUR BODY needs. Due to this, it’s hard to come up with a price that supports everyone. Not everyone needs additional supplementation either, so to make our membership price lower, this is a separate service.
- Labs. Again to individualize your health plan, we order labs specific to your symptoms. We do code these labs with the proper disease state or symptoms, so you will be able to use local labs for lab draws and submit them to your insurance. We can not guarantee reimbursement but many patients are successful in using insurance for labs. Some specialized, functional medicine testing companies also accept insurance for things like gut health testing, nutritional lab work, etc. We will always let you about those options.
- Outside Referrals. If we find that you need additional support outside of our clinic, then we will make referrals to other specialties. These visits outside of our practice would not be included in your membership fee.
